• Chat session cookie: Maintains the current chat session (session cookie)
• Widget state: Remembers if the widget is open or minimized (session cookie)

Customers who embed the Live Chat widget are responsible for disclosing these cookies in their own cookie notices.

4.2 Embedded Login & OAuth

When you use social sign-in (Google OAuth, Facebook Login), the respective provider may set their own cookies. These are governed by the provider's cookie/privacy policies.
